2.5 Minutes of Terror: Passengers Sue Delta

Almost two-dozen passengers are suing Delta over an alleged dangerous flight path that sent many to the hospital with serious injuries. The Aviation Law Group and Mortensen & Milne filed a lawsuit on behalf of the passengers, regarding Delta Flight 56, which flew from the Salt Lake City International Airport to Amsterdam on July 30, 2025. The suit alleges that the pilots were warned about the dangerous weather pattern, but chose to fly directly through it, regardless.
