Lance Milne is a founding partner of Mortensen & Milne and a seasoned trial attorney whose practice focuses on high-stakes personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He represents individuals and families in Utah and nationwide in cases involving catastrophic workplace incidents, trucking collisions, oilfield accidents, aviation disasters, and other complex matters where the consequences are life-altering.
Before joining Mortensen & Milne, Lance gained valuable experience defending corporations and insurance companies—giving him a strategic advantage in plaintiff litigation.
