Landon first began working at Mortensen & Milne as a law clerk while still in law school. During that time, he developed a passion for helping individuals and families whose lives have been affected by tragedies beyond their control.

After graduating from law school, Landon served as a judicial clerk in the United States District Court for the District of Utah for the Honorable Judge David Barlow. During his federal judicial clerkship, Landon gained valuable insight into the judicial system while strengthening his research, writing, and case analysis skills.


After completing his clerkship, Landon returned to Mortensen & Milne as an attorney. He has worked on a wide variety of civil cases, including catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, sexual assaults, premises liability, general negligence, product liability, and medical malpractice claims.

Between his experience with the federal court and his work at Mortensen & Milne, Landon has been involved in every stage of a civil case—from initial case intake through settlement and trial. He considers it a privilege to represent individuals, families, and victims who have been harmed by corporations, insurance companies, and other entities.
