Passengers Sue Delta Alleging Dangerous Flight Despite Warnings

Twenty passengers are suing Delta, alleging damages related to the severe turbulence that hospitalized dozens. The Aviation Law Group and Mortensen & Milne are representing the plaintiffs, and stated that "“Delta had the tools. Delta had the ability to avoid this weather and chose to disregard the warnings.”
